cncA CNC router is very similar in concept to a CNC milling machine. Instead of routing by hand, tool paths are controlled via computer numerical control that originate from a 3D file that was created via computer aided design. A CNC router typically produces consistent and high-quality work and improves factory productivity. The CNC router can produce a one-off as effectively as repeated identical production.

Automation and precision are the key benefits. A CNC router can reduce waste, frequency of errors, and the time the finished product takes to get to market.

Most of the 3D Echo Tech client projects are cut in polyurethane foam primarily for sculpture enlargement. However, there are many other applications for CNC router services. This is especially true now thanks to the recent installation of our CNC robot which allows us to produce large seamless projects in very high quality.
